I'm Todd. I've been through enough real emergencies to stop treating preparedness as a someday problem.
I'm a CERT-trained volunteer (Community Emergency Response Team), with training in first aid and disaster response, and I've lived through multiple hurricanes, a wildfire, and a flood. I started this site to give regular families the practical, no-panic guidance I wish I'd had.
